How to know account access plan/level

Account access plan or level indicates the current package an account is on. This shows the current access level including any upgrades.

From your dashboard, mouse hover on the profile display section

On the popover that appears, click on Profile

Under the profile information, you will see the packages the account has access to written against the Access Plan
