How to customize video thumbnail

Add and use custom thumbnails on your interactive videos. This is a great way to maintain brand consistency, use an animated thumbnail, etc.

From the drag and drop interactive video builder and timeline editor, click on the default Settings icon at the top.

By the right customization menu panel, click on Video Thumbnail

Toggle on the switch against Custom and upload an image to use as thumbnail or choose from the gallery of previously uploaded thumbnails.

Once done, click on the Save button.

Custom thumbnails do not show in the editor. Click on the Preview button to preview it and make sure it appears as desired.
